Pastel Restaurant inTel Aviv

There’s nothing pastel in the taste of the food in the Pastel Restaurant in Tel Aviv. This place is more than just another eatery, it’s casual gourmet cuisine in a glorious setting.  The Pastel Restaurant in Tel Aviv is a place to enjoy a superb meal with unpretentious service in beautifully designed and spacious surroundings. Of course, we have bountiful restaurants in the city, but the Pastel Restaurant in Tel Aviv is one of my sweet favorites! It remains on my top list for a wonderful business lunch or an evening meal when hosting friends or family from abroad. I know the food will be of a consistently high quality as well as a delight to the palate. The dishes are creative and pleasing to the eye as well as being simply delicious. A delight with every bite! I personally love to lunch at Pastel Restaurant in Tel Aviv when sweet hubby is in the mood after viewing an inspiring painting or two. Since the  Pastel Restaurant in Tel Aviv is situated in the complex of the Museum of Art, fortunately, it happens pretty frequently! Chef Hilel Tavakuli, responsible for this kitchen for the last few years, has maintained a magical menu that appeals to most tastes. Each appetizer, entree or dessert is splendidly tempting even in print!  These mouthwatering dishes are easily accompanied with a good selection of local and imported wines, plus some very inventive and refreshing cocktails.  The Pastel Restaurant in Tel Aviv has one of the most beautiful and relaxing interiors of a high-end restaurant in Tel Aviv. Based in the Herta and Paul Amir Building, the downward stairs lead to a patio of canopied outside seating. Inside is spacious and airy, with a full window frontage viewing the patio. The long heavy bar centered in the large space gives volume and rich color to the white architectural ceiling. Elegant tables dressed with white napkins add to the relaxed atmosphere. This award-winning interior was designed by Baranowitz and Kronenberg and is renown for being the best-designed restaurant in the world! Don’t forget that if you indulge in a midday meal at the Pastel Restaurant in Tel Aviv offers a business lunch deal. Basically, you pay for the price of the main course but it includes your choice of appetizer. The menu selection is small but superb. There is no downgrading for a delicious deal and the quality and portion sizing is that of the evening.  For evening service, Pastel Restaurant in Tel Aviv offers the regular menu plus a selection of “specials” of the day. Whether you prefer fish, meat, poultry or pasta, there is a dish for everyone. Portions are generous and filling. Desserts, the sculptures of sweetness, are the wonderful finishing touch to this satisfying culinary experience. Or, in my case, a few thousand more calories that I just can’t resist! The Pastel Restaurant in Tel Aviv is not inexpensive but definitely worthy of a visit to stimulate your taste buds when you are feeling flush!
